Gears Pro League 2021-22 Split 1 Last Chance Qualifier was the last opportunity for teams to qualifiy for Split 1 of the Gears Pro League. The 5th-12th place teams in the Challenger Standings were invited to play in a eight team double elimination tournament. Where the winners of Winners Finals and Losers Finals would qualify for the Pro League. Latam Squad defeated Oxygen Esports 3-0 in Winners Finals to qualify, as the ninth seed, for Pro League. Following their loss, Oxygen Esports eliminated Team Queso with a 3-0 series count in Losers Finals. To secure the final spot in the Split 1 Pro League.
