José "Choche" Luis Ibarra Jácome is a Gears of War esports player, currently a manager for Fire N Ice Esports.
Biography[]
Choche started playing Gears of War after his high school friends introduced him to the game. They kept beating him and Choche admits he didn't like the game at first but his desire to beat his friends led him to purchase his own Xbox to practice everyday. After finally beating them he realized he was pretty good at the game and continued to play everyday, eventually creating a team with his high school friends to compete in GameBattles, striving to be the best.
José's gamertag stems from a nickname his sister started calling him in high school because he shared the same name as her friend, eventually all of José's friends started calling him Choche.
Choche's primary game is Gears of War but he does play some other eSports titles, such as, Call of Duty and League of Legends for fun.
