Mena "Activez" Youssef is a Gears of War esports player, previously Armada eSports.
Biography
Activez starting playing Gears of War causally in 2006 when the first installment launched. He found out about competitive Gears watching the Season 1 Playoffs with Denial eSports beating Team EnVyUs in a reverse sweep. After watching that series, he started getting into competitive Gears scene. During Gears UE, Activez mostly did pick up scrims. With the launch of Gears 4, he started to truly play competitively.
Trivia
- In Gears of War 1 Activez used to 1 shot down people with sniper (active reload) and everyone he played with started calling me Activez because of it. Stuck with it ever since.
- His favorite game of all time is Gears of War 1. He could play that game endlessly
